Training Management

Havaş helps its employees define their strengths and weaknesses, identifies their shortcomings and ensures that each employee recieves the appropriate training programme to overcome obstacles.

Cooperation is the basis for the occupational, personal development and management training that is provided by Havaş to ensure the continuity of service quality and development.

Occupational training is aimed to improve the employees' knowledge and skills. This training is planned according to the company's needs annually and is carried out according to the employee's position, the result of the employee's performance appraisals and the employee's career plan.

Training prepared by Administration of Human Resources, Training and Development is delivered by experienced and educated local instructors at the stations. Occupational training is theoretical (in class) and/or practical (at the place of work). To update the employees' work knowledge, renewal courses are organized. At the end of the training, the employees are presented with participation certificates.

The employee receives internal or external personal, developmental or managerial training due his/her position, needs and results of performance appraisals.
