Havaş Antalya Station

Havaş Antalya Station has been rearranged as a result of works that lasted 10 months in order for disabled people or those needing special assistance to receive all services in the most convenient fashion. Havaş General Manager Nurzat Erkal said they are proud that the Havaş Antalya Station by certified as “PRM Friendly Company” by the Civil Aviation Authority; Antalya Airport served more than 27 million passengers in 2013.

Havaş, Turkey's long-established ground handling services company, has been certified at its Antalya Station as part of the “PRM Friendly Company Project” launched in its 9 stations. As a result of 10 months of works conducted as part of the “PRM Friendly Company Project”, Havaş Antalya Station was certified as a “PRM Friendly Company”.

Nurzat Erkal, General Manager of Havaş said: “As Havaş, we perceive passengers' satisfaction as our first priority and we are working on a 7/24 basis to respond to various needs of our customers at the highest level. We are proud that our Antalya Station was entitled accessible organization. We are continuing our work in 8 more stations under our “PRM Friendly Company” project. Our Adana and Dalaman stations have just completed with the inspections. We are happy that the standard of our services for disabled passengers or those needing special assistance was certified by the Civil Aviation Authority.”

The project aims to ensure that disabled passengers or those needing special assistance are comfortably accessing the aircrafts at departures, and the baggage claim areas at arrivals, and are receiving all services in the most convenient fashion. Havaş has met the requirements of the “PRM Friendly Company” project in the airports it operates, and applied to the Civil Aviation Authority in October 2013 for Istanbul Atatürk, Antalya, Adana, Ankara, Dalaman, Izmir, Sivas, Kütahya, Nevşehir stations. The inspection of the Adana and Dalaman stations is completed successfully.
