It organizes professional, personal development and management training programs for all its employees, aiming to provide the sustainability and development of service quality, on the basis of cooperation.

Professional training is for the trainees to improve their knowledge and abilities in business. The professional training of employees is planned as per international standards and to meet the requirements of DGCA (Directorate General of Civil Aviation) Educational Instruction, on an annual basis in line with the company’s requirements and is carried out according to the employee’s position, the results of his/her performance evaluation and carrier plan.

Training organized by the Administration of Human Resources and Education is carried out by DGCA approved trainer of trainers and/or trainers. Professional training is set up as in class, e-learning and on-the-job training. Employees receive participation documents/certificates at the end of the training.
