Turkish Ground Services(TGS)

Ground handling services company Turkish Ground Services (TGS) was founded in November 2008 by Turkish Airlines to offer services at other areas of aviation under a separate company. Havaş acquired 50 per cent stake in TGS under the agreement signed with Turkish Airlines in March 2009. Claiming its place in the ground handling services sector on January 1st, 2010, TGS provides ground handling services to Turkish Airlines as well as other airline companies at 8 stations at Istanbul Atatürk, Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen, Ankara Esenboğa, Izmir Adnan Menderes, Antalya, Adana, Milas-Bodrum and Dalaman airports. This partnership established with the largest airline company of Turkey is very important in terms of long term growth strategies of Havaş.


TAV Gözen Aviation Co. is an affiliate of Havaş based in Atatürk Airport VIP Apron Hangar Number-2 and has been operating since 2009. TAV Gözen Aviation provides oxygen, nitrogen, clean water, A/C lavatory services, line maintenance equipment and technical support to all aircraft. Upon request, aircraft and their crews can accommodate in hotel rooms within the hangar with high-class services. Aircraft security is assured by the authorized hangar staff and the CCTV system which monitors the hangar 24/7. The Hangar also has automatic foam based firefighting system supported by flame and smoke detectors. Aircraft accommodating in the hangar is covered by a comprehensive insurance.
